you’re ready to feel differently.

Therapy for stress, anxiety, and overwhelm

You might notice your stress and anxiety showing up like this:

  • You have a relentless inner critic that just won’t go away.

  • You spend a lot of time in your head and often don’t feel present.

  • In an attempt to feel better you find yourself trying to control every situation.

  • You have self-doubt and lack self-confidence and so you don’t go after what you really want.

  • You feel like you’ll lose it if one more thing is asked of you because you just don’t have anything more to give.

  • You also might feel really down - anxiety and depression often happen at the same time.

Quiet the inner chaos and claim your peace.

How therapy works

You can learn to find ease and feel connected.

Anxiety and stress increases our sense that things aren’t okay.

In our sessions we’ll start slow by tuning in and understanding what’s happening for you. Through that process you’ll start to recognize what thoughts are arising, how you’re feeling, and how your body is responding. We’ll figure out how your anxiety impacts you, what works for you and what isn’t working, and we’ll adjust.

Then we’ll collaboratively find tools for your body and nervous system to feel more at ease, and to find new strategies that really work for you. And as you feel safe to talk about what’s difficult, start to understand your experiences, and find new tools that feel supportive…
