Hi, I’m jamie.

I am passionate about supporting women in various stages of life who want to feel differently in their bodies and in their lives. If you’ve been carrying anxiety, depression, big life shifts, or you just feel stuck —know that together, we can explore what’s happening for you at a pace that feels comfortable.

I have a mindfulness, self-compassion, and body-based approach. Over the years, I have found these to be invaluable ways to shift our experiences in profound ways. Through mindfulness practices we learn to observe our experiences, with self-compassion we begin to validate and understand our experiences, and through our bodies we regulate and balance our nervous systems. These three compliment each other and build a foundation of resilience and strength.‍ ‍

Then we start to feel less anxious and more connected, aligned, and grounded.

Relief isn’t just for a moment it becomes accessible to us all the time. And when we experience these shifts — long-term and sustained change become possible.

Once you reach out I’ll schedule a free consultation on a day and time that works for both of us. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to discuss what is bringing you to therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask me any questions and to see how it feels talking to me. Then, if you decide to move forward, I’ll email you a link to your personal client portal to complete intake paperwork and we’ll schedule our first session.
