I am in-network with Aetna, Moda, Pacific Source, Providence, and Regence BCBS.
If you choose not to use your insurance or if I am an out of network provider, my fee per session is $130. I can provide a superbill to you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

It’s everyone’s least favorite answer – it depends. Some people find shorter term therapy (a few months) is enough to address their concerns, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy (several months to years) for more complex or ongoing challenges.
